General Information
This Policy explains how lesson cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.
By purchasing our services, you agree to this Policy.

Individual Lessons
Individual lessons can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time.
If cancellation is made less than 4 hours before the lesson, the lesson is considered completed and no refund or rescheduling is provided.
Rescheduling is subject to teacher availability.

Group Lessons
Missed group lessons are not rescheduled and are not refundable.
Depending on availability and the selected plan, you may be able to:
attend another class of the same level
receive a lesson recording

Company Cancellations
If a lesson is cancelled by the Company or the teacher:
the lesson will be rescheduled
or a replacement teacher will be provided

Technical Issues
The Company is not responsible for technical issues on the Client’s side, including internet connection or device problems.
If a lesson cannot take place due to client-side issues, it is considered completed.
If technical issues occur on the Company’s side, the lesson will be rescheduled or compensated.

Lateness
If the Client is late, the lesson will continue for the remaining time.
If the Client is significantly late, the lesson may be considered completed.

Refunds
Refunds are available only upon written request.
Refund amount is calculated as:
Refund = Total payment – (cost per lesson × lessons provided) – 13% payment processing fee
The cost per lesson is determined based on the selected plan:
  • Individual 50-minute lesson (Optimal plan) — $26.90
  • Individual 50-minute lesson (Enhanced plan) — $30.90
  • Individual 30-minute lesson (Optimal plan) — $17.90
  • Individual 30-minute lesson (Enhanced plan) — $20.90
  • Individual 25-minute lesson (Optimal plan) — $15.90
  • Individual 25-minute lesson (Enhanced plan) — $17.90
  • Group lesson (50 minutes) — $15.90
Refund requests are processed within 7 business days.
Funds are returned within 10 calendar days after approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Payment system fees and any used services are non-refundable.

Subscriptions
If a subscription is active, payments may be charged automatically.
If not cancelled before the next billing date, the next period will be charged and is non-refundable.

Important
Cancelling a lesson does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Refunds are calculated based on services already provided.
